Moments later, another employee called Madison went in, went behind the counter and was extremely rude to the girls before us in the line. Madison was sarcastic and inappropriate to them and asked why they came to DIESE Menchie and that they were not welcome there. Then she told them to come out when the girls hadn't done anything except to show a patronage to a local ice shop. I saw this terrible scene in unbelief. There were other customers, including a grandmother and her young grandchild, who could not be more than 6 years old. When I talked to the manager, Madison said she was the manager. If this is the case, I will file a complaint with the District Manager, as I am sure that a franchise is as big as Menchies would not tolerate this kind of disregard and bad behavior of an employee.
