"Great place with great food but the service was horrible. Management needs to step it up. The bar was covered with dirty dishes and it took a long time to get anything ordered. We had to wait a while to get a chef so we could sit at one of the multiple open hibachi tables. The food made up for the service, but it was sad to see."

"Arrived at 927 for a 945 reservation. Was told to cone back. Came back at 945 and not seated until 1015. Greeters and hosts not very motivated or friendly. Ordered food. 25 minute wait for appetizer. Food came about 20 mins later. Wait staff nice and friendly. Food was very good. Overall would dine again but not on a weekend. One thing that I didnt understand was that we booked a 945 reservation which was confirmed and then I got an email after we were done dining that It was changed to 1015 which I did not do. I believe the host changed my time to make them look good as it took so long to get us seated. Very strange."

"Waited for an hour to have the delivery order canceled without explanation. Could be the best food in the city, but if you can't trust the delivery and it takes over an hour to find out you're not getting the food, it doesn't matter."
