"I have to say I 'm not normally a bbq person... not this type of bbq. Most places seem to be all about big portions and mediocre sides...and the meat not even that great. This place is all about big portions but they are amazing and the sides are amazing. The staff was great. They asked if we had been before. When we said no they gave us a generous portion of 3 different meats as a 'sample '. My food was simple...I picked smoked sausage and smoked turkey. But it was amazing! Neither my husband or myself had an appetite for dinner later we ate so much...and we even have a to go box."

"I decided I was in the mood for City BBQ for dinner tonight because I have always enjoyed the food from City BBQ. As always, it did not disappoint me at all. I ordered the pulled Chicken with Provolone cheese, no bun, with a side of potato salad and hush puppies. It was excellent and my perfect comfort food for the evening. City BBQ provides excellent BBQ and sauces, plus they know how to prepare barbecue to perfection! Their customer service is always on point and they treat everyone that comes through the door with kindness and care. This is my #1 go to place for barbecue whenever I am in the mood for BBQ for dinner because it is just prepared with such love and generosity to your taste buds. You will never go wrong with City Barbecue, so go out and get some BBQ from them one night for dinner. It is worth it!"

"I always set a bbq stain on the basis of their ribs and brisket. The bride was good, but the star was the ribs. I was glad to see that they cooked them more on the competition side than they fell off the bone. It really helps to identify the quality of the meat. The restaurant was spacious and the staff was very friendly."

"Stopped in for lunch with my wife and waddled out of store a happy customer with a belly full of southern delights! We shared the Judges’ sampler which had a plentiful array of meats from the menu(chicken, brisket and ribs) and we could not finish it! I can wait for my midnight snack tonight! A bbq explosion of mouth watering meats and bountiful sides make us return patrons. An array of seating which includes outdoor as well. Decor is a bit electic barnesque but works to give it a unique down home kind of flare."
