"The line was long in the evening, but it moved quite fast. I like the person who made our ice cream has done a great job to place the blows in an imaginable and plentiful mansion. Can't go wrong with any taste and topping I feel like it's all delicious! I personally love the mix of berries and sugary sweetness of the Oreo cookie, Teddy Graham and Marshmallow."

"Place is dark dank and has a dismal ambiance..and that’s before you even get to the abysmal count of flavor’s offered…and lastly to top it off their process of preparing the ice for packing for takeout is egregiously poor because it seems before you literally pay then turn to leave the ice is now a flavored water…I’ve been twice and once with my Wife and been disappointed three times across the board …There won’t be a fourth..” “I rather travel to Rita’s Flagship spot in Philly where I’ll get more than 10 flavors offered plus the process and preparation of a REAL WATER ICE!!” and to boot my favorite flavor which Franklin Square never has… Cherry Vanilla.."

"Our order was wrong and we miss going to the old location. Having to go in the Fun Center and get in the standard food line for Rita's is highly inconvenient. When we did reach the counter, no one waited on us but plenty of kids walked by looking like they had nothing to do. Did I mention I miss the old Rita's??"
