"Excellent Ethiopean Cuisine! The best we found in the valley! If you have never had the extreme pleasure of enjoying a traditional Ethiopean meal, this is by far the restaurant to start your trip to the kitchen... It's amazing. I would say that the Zegeye family offers should be the level at which the Sun Ethiopean restaurants are to be measured. We enjoyed everything we had. We started with Asmara Beer and fabulous Ethiopean Honey Wine. As an appetizer we enjoyed a wonderful playback of the Sambussa, a green lenses, green paprika filled pastries. I started with her delicious green lentil soup of green lentils, onions, carrots and spices. In order to best pamper us from several tastes, we dined with the Abyssinia Signature Platter Sampler with Doro Wat, lamb teeth, spicy beef, white peas, lenses, Tikkle gomen, chickpeas and fosolias (green beans). I can not only express how tasteful and the tenderness offered to each of the incredible portions on this plate. This is a must for Ethiopean Food lovers, or if you never had Ethiopean, the place to try it for the first time! By far our place where we come back.
