"Love the food at Bamboo Bistro, but the customer service is going downhill! Maybe it 's just a learning curve for the new waitress?! I have been left on hold for 10+ min one day- I completely understand that things get busy, but I am not sure that was the reason.. The second example, my family went in to eat and we were left sitting at our table for an additional 20 after we finished eating- and the table was cleared, waiting to get the check. We were one of two tables in the place- so again being busy wasn 't the reason this happened. The last chance was earlier this week I ordered lunch to go and part of it was left out of the bag... and no utensils. I will give it a month and try them again, because the food it really good. Welp I waited 4 weeks and went there for lunch, their service was outstanding, and their food was exactly the same- great! Please Bamboo Bistro stay this way!"
