"I had the ling cod with mushrooms, gnocchi and root vegetables, the escarole, brown butter quince, black lime crème fraîche and coffee walnut crumble salad. Then probably my favourite food moment of recent memory was when the server suggested the burnt and smoked honey, sparkling wine sorbet, aged cheese and fermented pear dessert, stating it 's kinda weird, I think you 'll like it. She wasn 't wrong. All three dishes were incredible and cost a total of $35. I 'll definitely go back next time I 'm in Vancouver."
