"Hey there, so J's teriyaki used to be the best hole in the wall Japanese restaurant in Salem. That was until the original owners sold it. Now it has past hands twice now and the new owner are taking away all of the original recipes and changing it into kind of a real quick bento box place. It no longer has the sit-down restaurant Japanese feel it used to have. It's really sad to see it go from a Japanese Korean fusion amazing restaurant to a Japanese version of McDonald's. I've talked to the owners and they're just trying to make a buck they do not care about good food. Nothing's homemade or handmade. I am really upset actually! J's teriyaki used to be the best restaurant in Salem. Well I hope this is helpful."

"The dasher was good but the food was subpar for the price. The Garlic fries were not as describes. It only had a little bit of seasoning to make it that way BUT it may be that that I had a different expecation."

"We dined in on a Sunday night. The server was not nice at all. His attitude almost made us want to walk out. We wanted a not chilled drink, there was one on the counter and he just refused to give us that and said there were only chilled ones. He could literally give us that one on the counter, and took one out of the fridge and put it at the same place. I wonder if that’s the reason that they got no customers at dinner time."
