It 's seasonal, which I found out after I tried to order it in November, so get it during the spring and summer when you can : The noodles are perfectly chewy, and pair so well with the crunchy pear slices and tangy, slushy broth. And of course, Prime Grill serves a variety of banchan, giving you an authentic and delightful Korean dining experience. Whether you choose to get mul naengmyeon literally water cold noodles a.k.a. clear, non-spicy broth, or bibim naengmyeon mixed cold noodles with spicy sauce, both dishes are sure to satisfy in the unique way Prime Grill delivers.Service was STELLAR for both in-restaurant dining and take-out. Due to my Covid precautions, I have ordered food to-go, and when I dined in with friends I wished to sit closer to the open door for ventilation. My requests were accommodated with courtesy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, care, and generous servings of banchan the lady there packed for me to-go! I 've gotten the galbi marinated beef short ribs and naengmyeon combo too, but I don 't recommend it because the galbi had too many tendons and was hard to chew. However, the noodles and side dishes were so good I honestly don 't mind just not ordering the combo in the future.I know this is a kbbq place, but the naengmyeon and service has my heart.Thank you Prime Grill; I 'll be back soon."
