"Ordered Appetizers: Asparagus potato soup, Elote, Ceviche Guacamole and chips. The soup was smooth, thick, hearty savory. Ceviche had the entire ocean in the dish and was an overload of citrus paradise for the palette. The Elote was tasty but was on the smaller side then what you find from a food street vendor. The Guacamole with chips was okay and not something I'd need to try again. ENTRÉES: Wild king salmon fajitas with flour tortillas and the Churrasco with Garlic mashed potatoes. Both were tasty and great portions. The veggies in the fajita were not over cooked AMEN! Food had amazing flavor and was far from bland or greasey. DRINKS: I did the rounds of flavored margaritas for happy hour. I preferred the Tamarind, Hibiscus and Passionfruit in that order. Upon checkout the server gave a round on the house, which was called the Mexican Mule. I usually don't like drinks mixed with mezcal but this one hit the mark. It was superbly blended and balanced. I can't wait for it to be offered on the menu!"
