"Where do I start? I heard of racism discrimination, towards other people from Ireland but I never experienced it until I went to Eileen‘s kitchen. Heritage restaurant My friend is from Nigeria. He’s a black person, and my other friend is from Ireland. We went there just for food and a social Drink not to get drunk. it was Saturday around about lunchtime. We went in there. The waitress was very polite. We sit down and a manager lady came over and ask have we got New York IDs which I thought was strange I am 38 my friend are in their 40s we don’t look young then she said we can’t serve you if you don’t have New York IDs when we showed her or New York IDs She left and was very upset then came back and said I’m sorry we have the right to refuse anybody we don’t want to service I asked why she said we had with your kind of people in the past my friend from Nigeria was very upset, but my friend from Ireland says it’s not his fault. It is my fault because he’s from Ireland minority and from the traveling community in Ireland the people from Ireland not all of them get treated like this all the time it’s 2023 not 1800s this should be not tolerated at all. I’m ashamed to be a American. And these people are in my country and acting like this they should be ashamed of I’m going to make a report to NYPD and my Congress I have videos very shameful"
