"wow! what a great fund in vegas. I have my reservation for 4 people on opentable for a business meal with customers from Australia. I was greeted by roberto, who proved to be our waiter. with talks at our table I asked roberto to get us from the menu whatever he wants. before the selection for us he checked for food allergies and we had a gentleman in our party who would not eat a pig. when serving, roberto was careful to position all pork shells on the opposite end of the table from our gast. eating was absolutely to die for....super authentic! roberto was the real star of the show....fantastic service and a great host. I would recommend pamplona cocktails and tapas for anyone who wants to move away from the strip and find authenticity in las vegas."

"I am certainly glad we discovered Enoteca. We loved the whole experience. A delightful respite from the hubbub of the city. My only issue is that I found the food somewhat bland. My black rice with shrimp and squid didn't have enough squid in it to even notice it. The dish needed a boost of flavour that it sorely lacked. Other tapas dishes I also found a little bland. Nothing terrible to be sure but I would like to see a change of pace with this food having had much tastier Spanish fare elsewhere in the world. Otherwise our experience here was delightful and I am certainly glad we went."

"One of the best meals I've ever had. It's so rare to enjoy every plate that you eat at a tapas restaurant but there was not a weak link among them. The flank and papas were great as was the fantastic sandwich with jamón and manchego. All the montaditos were fantastic. The ahogado was the perfect finish to an amazing meal. Do yourself a favor and and have the sangria. Eat everything you can here!"
