"I discovered Pazani via the grubhub app. I was so impressed by the quality and freshness of the pasta that I made the car drive and ordered in person about 3 days later. I can only attest to the Pappardelle Bolagnese, (I've had it twice now) and it is consistently and truly good Bolagnese! Perfect ?? al dente texture imo, well balanced oil, Ragu, mince, and cheese. I could personally stand a bit more fresh basil, besides that it's pretty excellent! Comfort food to the max! I decided 5 stars was appropriate for these two experiences, though I've yet to try anything else from the menu at this point. I can always return and update if warranted."
