"Highly recommend Billy Sims Barbecue! Upon entering all of the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions of their favorites and answering any questions we had as first timers. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the meat was mouth watering and tender. My husband had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was gone in a blink. Mac and cheese was great and also really liked the baked potato salad! For dessert we grabbed the chocolate mousse and the best part was it came in a mason jar to take any left over to go!! Thanks, we will be back!"

"In Denver for Christmas 2013 and found this little place. This location is one of five in Denver started by brothers Chris and Nick in 1998 in a converted garage. Went there twice while in town. Excellent BBQ and sides. I found it to be a little pricey but top quality. Wish they were in Miami so I could be a regular."

I spent all this money for my moms Birthday dinner bc she craved bbq choose this place due to L L bbq being closed. this place has a ton of great reviews but never again. "I presented this with a foreword when I was a competition judge for several years during the southwest. I won my farewell share. I cost amazing BBQ. I also cost the worst. What they served would NOT make it to the judges table. More like the dog bowl. While the turkey sandwich was moist and edible, the star of BBQ Brisket and Ribs is. I was saddened at the tasteless boiled brisket and cooked ribs. SHAMEFUL. There are no shortcuts to prepare BBQ. You're selling Billy Sim's names, and you're serving garbage. Never again."

"we brought a group from 20 to ice skating in the goggin arena. I called in advance to give them only one head, and one worker I spoke to to get another employee to just help that they were ready for us. they were all fast, efficient and polite and took the time to change even all their gloves when my wife ordered a gluten-free crust due to their allergy on gluten. I would highly recommend this place and will visit again because of the great people who work here as well as the amazing pizza! kudos an rapid? pizza!"

"I have always been a fan of Billy Sims BBQ. Every time I have dined in, the ribs have been deliciously fresh and tender. Today was my first time ordering through Door Dash, and unfortunately, the ribs were old, tough, and dry. Even the small side of chicken was dry as well. I was quite disappointed with the quality this time. I was unable to address my concerns with anyone at the restaurant since it was a Door Dash order. On the bright side, Door Dash did provide me with a small $5 credit, but it did not make up for the poor quality of the food. This experience has made me hesitant to order from Billy Sims BBQ again, especially through Door Dash."
