"First and last time! Arrived at 11:45, placed order, food arrived at 1:15 p.m., ordered a wrap and a sandwich. Talked to the Manager prior to the food arriving as to the delay, heard many excuses as to why, but left it at that. You would think maybe something, like a beverage, but no, nothing. If you don't think the customer is important, think again.....I will never go back."
