"We stopped by Tom 's because of my husband who wanted to remember his childhood growing in LA, and the food he would eat from this restaurant. I was extremely comprehensible because it looked from the outside. So I'll say that officials don't always judge things as they look! When I came to the restaurant, it was really clean! It was easy. When we finally got to the counter, the cashier apologized to help someone, but then someone came up to help us. She was very professional with us about the menu and talked to my husband about LA. After we had ordered that she had left her break and meal to help us. Now this is a great customer service! I had to thank her for taking time from her own break to help us with the order. From the front counter you can see into the kitchen area and it was clean. They could see the efficiency of the two gentlemen, cooking that they knew their jobs and did it excellent. During our visit I also visited the toilet room and was again surprised that it was also so clean by making paper towels, fabrics and floors clean. Now I wish they had a better hand soap, because she was watered, but at least they had something. Now the food! OMG! The SERVINGS are huge!! My husband and I had to share our pastrami Burrito and it was delicious!!! I won't lie that I wanted to sleep after that! In the end, customer service and food was great! But if you try to watch your figure? This is not the place to go! However, if you are looking for a great scam day/comfort meal, this is the place! Oh and the prices are great too!??"
