"Times visited: 3+ Franchise: I 've eaten Marcos a few times across the valley and I think my consensus is that they 're a great local feeling competitor to Dominos. You have some pretty fresh delicious tasting pizzas, for a price that hurts without coupons. I definitely think you should give them a try if you haven 't already, as I feel for most people after your first order you 'll know whether or not you like them better than Dominos. They offer some unique flavor combinations, and their free cheese bread coupon is definitely worth doing the obnoxious survey for. It 's also a great deal if you can get the large pepperoni for 10 bucks online. Of the two desserts, didn 't care for the cinnamon squares, something really chemical tasting about them, but the brownies were excellent. Location: Ordering for delivery or pickup seems to always be a mixed bag. We ordered for pickup twice and delivery through GrubHub once. It 's clear that you have to plan your dinner 1 or even 2 hours in advance if you want your pizza by a specific time. One time we tried doing delivery and it said it would take 3 hours, but pick up would only take 30 minutes. So I 'm not sure what that 's about. But, it 's fresh food, not fast food, so I understand, and you should too, so I don 't find any issue with all that. The people at the location were really nice when I walked in and it seemed like a clean and fun environment. I liked the outside seating option as well, even though we didn 't do that. Overall, I 'm glad to have given Marcos pizza a chance, and I think that many people will be satisfied, returning customers."

"Updated review 28July18 Great pizza place. They offer many specials and lunch specials offered daily. They're conveniently located near residences and business and offer delivery. The pizza dough is made fresh daily. We've had several of their pizzas and all have been delicious. While they do offer dine in, their space is very limited. What Marco's keeps as a secret and it's not posted is that they offer a military discount of 15% off. Here's the most important part to remember. They do NOT offer the military discount on any of their specials. That's the bad part of the deal. If you truly appreciate the military, then why not give the special on everything including specials. I took away one star because no place is perfect and an additional star because I've patronized Marco's many times and never been offered the military discount, so I've lost out on some money I could have saved. Tip for the owners, please post that you offer a military discount and consider providing a military discount on anything that active duty military and veterans purchase. Review January 2018 Our night got started with the history of Marco's along with a presentation on making the pizza. They make their own dough and there's 40 pepperonis on any pepperoni pizza. As a matter of fact, this is the only chain pizza place that makes their own dough. They do their best to buy vegetables local. They do but Hanover tomatoes. The meal started with cheese sticks and later with salad and pizza, as well as dessert which was cinnamon sticks with frosting. I had chicken Florentine, pepperoni, and the deluxe which had pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, and peppers. I live down the street and hadn't tried Marco's. I was happy to be able to participate in this event. I'll be bringing my family next time."

"#5167 The wings were only sauced on one side, not coated all around. the pizza bowl was only half full when I paid for extra toppings, the manager refuse to rectify their mistake but have no issue taking my money. Im reporting to BBB a review on every social media platform. I called to the store to let them know that I was dissatisfied when I received my food. KAY said to call back they will get us another order ?FOR FREE. Just call back and ask for KAYLIN/MARCO or tell whomever our name when u call.? Cool. Sure. I call back a week later and SAMMY tells me that he can redo the order but I?d have to pay for delivery. I mean, I don?t want to, honestly, but hey, compromise? I told him, sure. I?ll pay the $4. I don?t own a vehicle im not the one who fkd up, technically so why couldn?t it be delivered? Ok, whatever. I?m going to pay u the fonkass $4. The phone gets disconnected so I called back. Sammy begins to tell me that I can?t have my order delivered because the general manager said ?no!? This is where i then became upset. I?ve already explained to SAMMY that im immobile. That?s why I ordered delivery to begin with. Even upon me agreeing to even come out of pocket to pay for it to be delivered, was bending to darn far!! I am the customer, no that doesn?t mean I get to default to being right, but in this situation, im fkd! No refund was offered. No order will be delivered. No manager came to the phone. I asked for a contact, SAMMY wouldn?t give me one. He said I had to wait until they come in to speak to ?A MANAGER? but didn?t tell me when they would be there. hmph?cute. I didn?t even mind the 45min-1hr wait for it PLUS the $4. Never again. Never tf again."
