"Generally we have been pleased with marcos. Not sure if it's this location. But we didn't care for the taste of the pizza and bread sticks. Definitely lacked cheese on the cheese bread. Just seemed like the taste was off with the pizza. But the customer service was good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20"

"This Marcos restaurant is a breath of fresh air. They have excellent customer service, speedy service, and the pizza and breadsticks is delicious. I had such a bad experience with the Marcos in Twinsburg, that I felt like I was in heaven when I visited this location. They greet you upon entering and serve you quickly. I will drive to this location whenever I want Marcos. Keep up the Great work guys. We appreciate your hard work, dedication , and phenomenal customer service skills."

"This Marco's has some of the best pizza I ever ate and the professional service is to be admired! Out of the many countless pizzas I have ordered here, I did have a dispute about my last pizza and the manager politely offered to make another pizza and also gave me the first pizza at no cost. I offered to pay for both pizzas at full price as I was not looking for anything free I just wanted what I ordered the first time. She convinced me that the incorrect pizza was on the house so I tipped them half the cost of the first pizza and left there as satisfied as I always do. Thank you for being fair and making the best pizza this side of town."

"I live in the area and regularly order pizza from this place. Their quoted pick-up times are always correct, no matter how busy they get, their staff was very friendly for the most part (better last year or so), and the pizza is by far my favorite when it comes to chain pizza joints. The pizza can become a bit expensive, but it doesn't matter to pay for quality, and I can only one time in recent years the quality was sub par. Recommend to anyone who's on another pizza chain, definitely give a try!"

"I give this place 3 stars mainly because I really enjoy their pizza—it's hard to go wrong with it. However, during my last two deliveries, I ordered the cinnasquares, and I've had some issues. Last time, they forgot the icing, and they offered me a $3 credit on my next order, which made me laugh. This time, the cinnasquares tasted overly greasy, almost like bread soaked in vegetable oil. So disappointing! I think I need to find a better option. Honestly, I’d rather go to University Drive than order from Teasley again. Sorry!"

"Everything was great. I prefer this place. The owner looks like John Cena. I wanted to tap coins, but saw the empty line on the entrance to the tip. I literally had my hand out to take the quarter back, but the owner had reached it and grabbed it. I've been withdrawn. That was good, because this situation is excellent. You never made mistakes with my pick-up or delivery orders, I've been ordering here for three years. All except the owner wore a mask, drivers sit on the table, other employees on the back, I myself, employees on the counter right next to the owner. I've been dropped. It doesn't matter in the big scheme of things. I've been here since 2017. I never had a problem. They are always timely with the given time, whether I place my order on the phone or via their website. They'll show you your pizza on site. I would always recommend this place."

"My boyfriend and I decided to take my 2 year old son here to get pizza. Never been to a Marcos pizza before but thought we try it. Whoever was at the front taking orders wasn?t very friendly at all. Ordered two pizzas and went across to the gas station to get fountain drinks. Came back and sat down to wait and eat inside. She brings the pizza to us and then states we cannot eat inside because we had ?outside food? in the restaurant and it was policy. Made us leave with my 2 year old. Mind you we were vacationing and had just checked out of our house. We just wanted to eat our pizza in air conditioning. But instead she didn?t want anyone in her lobby and kicked us out over DRINKS. If I buy from your restaurant I should be able to eat inside. We had no ?outside food?. Extremely rude."

"My mother loves Marco's Pizza because it is one of the few places that makes pizza to her liking, but my experience with this location today will be the last. My mom and I ordered some pizzas to celebrate her birthday, and we received the wrong food and an attitude from one of the employees. We ordered a thin crust pizza with no cheese (as my mom can't have excess dairy) and received a thick crust pizza with mozzarella on it. When she called to make a complaint about the incorrect order and to see what could be done, the associate Jacob began an attitude with her. He repeatedly interrupted my mother to say he knows what was on the pizza because he took the order himself, and then proceeded to snicker when she said that he'd ruined her birthday lunch. We had to ask him for both his name and the name of his manager at least six times before he would comply. They're pizza is good but this service was horrible, I don't recommend this location. Hopefully management will deal with this associate, Jacob, accordingly for his poor treatment of customers and lack of professional customer service over the phone."
