"I placed an order for delivery and charged my credit card with the tip included for five dollars. The order was going to take too long to be delivered so I said I would pick it up. When I went to pick it up, I asked for my five dollars back because that was a tip for delivery. They said they couldn't give it back to me. They'd have to refund the whole thing and the girl behind the counter wasn't ready to do that. They also offered me a five dollar credit for my next order. I did not want a five dollar credit toward my next order. I don't order from there that often. What I don't understand is why couldn't you just pull out five dollars from the register and hand it to me because I became the pick up person and it's my money. I went through this with them one of the time with a credit card situation. They are not the easiest to deal with when it comes to refunding. All of this for five dollars, my $5.00. It was a simple as that just give me the five dollars out of the register but now now it's on my credit card an additional five dollars for an order that was $32."
