"I was a regular customer for last year or so. I will prefer this by saying that I only ordered pizza (both the special pizza and build your own) It is my 'go to' place for pizza, I usually 2-3 times a month. I find the pizza to EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicope range. I like the website for online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, simple online order eliminates the need to call and order. I notice fair sales at the front desk, but the staff is always polite. My only handle is the location (and parking lot) it is a multi-tenant stripe marble, and sometimes sucks the parking lot. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!"

"I have placed my order this morning at 11:28 as I have recommended delivery time followed by slice of 60-75 minutes. our lunchtime starts at 12:25 and I knew there was a chance that our order could come up to 12:45. Once I received a warning that our order came after 1 o'clock, I called the restaurant and asked them to hurry our order so that the students were not hungry as I ordered for them. at 11:45 a.m. the woman at giovanni assured me that we would get our delivery at 12:30 a.m. at 12:47 I called the restaurant again and said the order was already on the way and would arrive in a few minutes. at 1:17 I called the disc, as instructed, because I had not received my order. the representative called twice the restaurant and was sure that the order was in 20 minutes, and then only 5. I was refunded only $10 and had no pizza for hungry students. Once the pizza came, it was best lukewarm, and the quality is not what I expected from giovanni’s. I would not recommend that someone use discs or order of giovanni if they have starving or randomly need food within a two-hour period. we finally got the pizzas (we only ordered 2 and nothing special) at 13:38 clock 130 minutes after my order."

"First of all, the house dressing? UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. And I’ve never eaten anything from this place that wasn’t delicious (and I’ve been going for 10+ years). But I’m writing this review because of how well they handled my partner’s allergy. We often have problems when placing orders because we emphasize that he has an allergy to milk (not lactose intolerance, an actual allergy), and when we get they meal, 70% of the time they still gave us the milk/cheese. I wish I got her name, but the woman on the phone was so knowledgeable about the ingredients used and took so much care with double making sure with the cook in the back for what he used when we arrived to pick up the order. "We were in the city of NYC for a few nights. We ordered from a few local places, and our best experience was with Frank 's. We didn't know what was good, so we ordered some items in the first night. After a not so great experience that was ordered by a local diner for breakfast, we went back with Frank's in the second night. My children who are super picky have torn off the pizza and chicken fingers. The salads were fresh and delicious, and the portions were very generous. Hoagies also get a thumb. I was surprised that the Fried Shrimp Platter was basically popcorn shrimp, but my son ate it so that a thumb also gets. My daughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs. Overall delicious and comfortable."

"Their pizza is amazing, it’s so flavorful and not dry at all. They are very fair with the toppings. Best pizza ever!Also the staff is great. "Slices are filling and service is fast and friendly... as for the discs. the dough is dense, so expect a heavy slice. Kruste is not thick, but also dense.. The dough is resistant to chewing. Sauce is wet and on saucy side... but not as tasty as I want. Cheese is abundant with beautiful train and chewing. I filled mine with some pepper flakes and oregano and it tasted perfect. Pro Tip: Ask for lunch special: 2 slices and a can soda $6."

"Service is absolute garbage. Place is near my house and one of the few restaurants delivered in the pandemic. Of course I ordered them regularly. You made little mistakes before, but nothing I couldn't handle, so I let it slip. But after this day I will not eat there anymore. How do you make a salad? How can you forget any vegetables that should be included with salad BUT of salad? And in addition, if you are aware of this error, how is the answer not as easy as we replace it. Instead, I was given the feeling that the mistake was MY FAULT, and even at worst I was told that I could go back there to get the missing vegetables... Lol. I should leave a SECOND time to get the veggies you forgot. Okay, don't worry. No more spending my money where it's not worth it. I will find a new family restaurant with much better service. But if you eat here, check your food first. Trust me, they have to screw something up. Smh."

"After having a few too many at happy hour recently, I realized I was starving on my walk home and decided to pick up some takeout from King's Pizza Subs. I love the variety of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean/Italian/American dishes on their menu you can get everything from hummus and fried chicken to subs and pizza. I got a falafel pizza and dolma (stuffed grape leaves . Both were tasty! (Is it just me or are their dolma served with BBQ sauce?! Weird tasty! I ordered ahead on ChowNow, which was convenient. This is not the fanciest place in Hampden. It's not the foodiest of all spots in the neighborhood either. But what I had really hit the spot. It's a good option for a casual takeout dinner! Or a take home snack if you forgot to eat and had a few too many at happy hour!"
