"I expected it to be a bit more crowded as when I arrived, it was so empty I thought the place was closed. Staff was great and attentive. They start you off with a bowl of thin long crispy plantain chips in oil which was good. The chincharon de pollo was flavorful. Definitely would order that again. They bring a bowl of black beans and add the amount you want and take the bowl back. Haven’t experienced that before. I wanted a bit more afterwards but refrained from asking. The churrasco was “ok” Not too much flavor and a bit tough even getting it cooked only medium. Their famous drink “mojito” was a bit light and I’m only a social drinker and it tasted more like juice Not to mention it was $15 A but over rated for the price. Overall, I had a decent experience. I read the reviews prior to going and saw there was a new ownership so maybe they changed a few things and prices as well. I might go back but definitely won’t purchase a drink."
