"First the good part. One of the best biryani I have had in Chicago area restaurant. The seating area is well kept. So far I have been here multiple times and everything other than biryani (burger, bun kabab, Chaat, Chinese rice, tacos have been below par). I would have tried other things, but normally 2 out of 3 choices are not available. Only seems to be one person holding down the fort at service side and it reflects on the service. Very underwhelming. Will be my go-to place for chicken biryani only."

"We sat outside with our two dogs and had a great time. The food was good and the atmosphere was very nice. Hubby and I each have a burger with the black bean patty option that is labeled vegan. He had the Guinness BBQ Burger (minus of cheese and I had the pineapple Teriyaki (minus of cheese). Both were delish and we chose Fritten as our site. We had a beer and the waiter brought out two water dishes for our dogs, which was so appreciated! We're safe back! Beautiful street, beautiful downtown, good restaurant and nice people."

"This was our first visit and hopefully it won't be the last. We stopped while traveling through Richmond. My wife ordered a salad with mock chicken. She said it was delicious. I ordered biscuits and gravy which came with multiple options. I opted for tots, corned beef hash and apples as my sides. Everything was excellent. Service was excellent as well. All the staff was very friendly."

"The only challenge we had was locating the restaurant. It’s inside the lobby of a residential complex, several buildings in from Connecticut Ave, with extremely little, small signage. We parked on the street and wandered past at least 2 buildings looking for the restaurant, then called for further directions. Would be helpful to have a sign right on the street and further location directions down the pathways."

"The food was very good and perfectly prepared. The service not so much. The server seemed extremely distracted and argumentative. I asked for lemon because the rose tea was not made with lemon. I asked why it was not done as much as Rosentee should be done and she said. We can't do it here. Then I showed her the menu where it means what's in the rosary and it said Lemon. She didn't know what to say. I also asked about the desserts. She couldn't even name them all. You need to retrain the servers for customer service and how the items should be prepared in the menu if it is the responsibility of the server to prepare it. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food.. I could consider the return if the management decides to read this and do something about it."

"We have to visit West Virginia often, specifically the Bridgeport area, and every time we do, we stop by Mountain State at least once, sometimes more depending on how long our stay in town is. We have stopped in for lunch and for dinner and even close to closing and the staff has always been kind and friendly to us. The pizza is good and they have quite a few drink options. They are not far from the main hotel area near the hospital. Always a good spot to stop in. Make sure ya grab a bumper sticker too."

"This was my first visit to the Fairmont Ironwood American Kitchen. The food was delicious and the service was amazing Austin. Loved the outside patio and the Bird Security with the Hawk and Owl. Best Omelette ever and creative offerings. Was a bit limited in terms of options for someone who doesn't eat gluten or meat other than fish but they did bring gluten free toast and a cup of berries to accommodate. I would definitely go back. My only complaint was the quality of the coffee ... VERY weak and watery and out of character for Fairmont"

"I really enjoy dining at Lucca's and will definitely be back. However, on this visit, the ****** Mary cocktails were not good. My party of three couldn't drink them because they had an excessive amount of horseradish and black pepper, and lacked other flavors. Even though I like horseradish, this was too strong. I've had the ****** Marys here before and they were delicious, so something must have gone wrong this time. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake them as it was a pre-made mix. We tried adding ice, but it didn't help. We ended up not drinking them but still had to pay for them. Despite this, I will return to Lucca's, but I won't be ordering a ****** Mary again. Everything else we had was excellent!"

"My family and I went out for brunch here yesterday around 1pm. None of us had been there before. The place was pretty clean, and well put together. So we were shocked that the food was extremely mediocre. The worst part about the experience was that a decent amount of our order was served to us at less than food-safe temperature. I personally ordered a waffle and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. The waffle was nowhere near warm, which was unpleasant, but not necessarily a safety hazard. The soup was completely lukewarm. I kindly asked the server to heat the soup back up. She took it back and returned with it a little warmer a bit later. The portion sizes were pretty small. My brother and I both ordered a waffle and we both received only 3 out of the 4 waffle parts. I'm not sure if they just figure most people don't eat the 4th quarter, or what. But it just came across as cheap to me. Overall, I won't be eating here again. It wasn't the biggest pocket buster. My bill for my fiance and I was around $27, including tip. But I'd honestly rather just go get Chipotle. At least I know my food will be served to me at the correct temperature."

"This is our favorite go to place whenever we are in the San Diego area. It's like stepping in to another world one of elegance and taste. The decor is lovely. The servers are friendly and very attentive. The food is scrumptious. The view from any location divine. We always try to sit in La Sala, the outside patio area overlooking the ocean in the distance. I would highly recommend the Mediterranean Room at La Valencia Hotel for a lovely dining experience."

"It used to be a treat and luxurious to go to La Valencia. The entire experience was a disappointment. The food quality was bad how do you make a lobster eggs Benedict both soggy and tough? Salad was soggy drowned in dressing. The live music would have been good at a Margaritaville."

"Great service and very good taste... I have an untraditional kabob, salmon. I prefer to cook my salmon a little less, but the flavors were fabulous, rice was fluffy, and the chickpeas were perfectly cooked, on the softer side. They offer two sauces, a garlic sauce and zhoug. I definitely preferred the zhoug that was full of cilantro and lightly spicy. The garlic sauce was a Mayo eye for me. Perfectly healthy dinner during the trip."
