"We always order from our local pizza guys, so when we were in Pleasanton for an event over the weekend they were our go-to. Unfortunately, this situation offered a terrible experience. I have placed a large order online 2 hours in advance. My coupon code was not applied. I called and the woman assured me that she would fix it and that our order would be delivered at the desired time, as I explained to her that we are banging at a limited time. Needless to say, I never got the discount from the code and my order was 30 minutes late. When I called to find out what took so long, the woman told me if I didn't like it, I could call the company office to complain since she was the franchise owner. She told me that my order was too late because it was my fault that I placed a large order on a weekend. Ends to 40 children to feed left in 10 minutes before the bus.
