"So I never receive my pizza and was accused of lying. I sent them my ring doorbell footage where you can see that the driver did show up, Looked at the receipt, looked confused and walked back to his car carrying the bag that obviously still had weight in it. He was confused because there was a box on my table outside that usps had delivered to the wrong address so he went off the box and not the address posted outside my house. I also sent them the video where my husband goes outside not even a minute after he was at our door looking confused that the pizza wasn’t left there. I haven’t received a refund or a call from their GM like they said. I get that people lie and get food and want a refund but this is not the case. I have the video. If they can’t tell that he left with his bag full idk what to do."

"A few nights ago, my friend and I ordered about $40. We saw the little indicator to know that the pizza was on the way... after about 40 minutes And the app said it was delivered, it was sworn NIE. At that time the store was closed for the night. Sad face. The next day I called and talked to a manager, Natasha. This girl WAS AMAZING!! She went beyond and beyond to help me find out what happened to our dinner. She found out after about an hour of her time and many phone calls... I'm not a young Lol and that's the best customer service I've ever had. This girl deserves MUCH recognition for her dedication to keep her customers... Thanks again, Natasha!!! :"

"order a pizza for delivery. the command never came. was over an hour with the last in the hand and no one ever answered. the next day called back and for another 30 minutes in the waiting period was and no one answered. called and chose the option for manager and no one answered the phone. called and selected option for new order. someone answered and said they couldn't help me and back to the manager line. after another 20 minutes they answered. at last my order was refunded. but the hoops I had to jump through were ridiculous."

"not really impressed by the wings and potato skins. wings were good, but very dry and then forget to give me my soße which I ordered on the side. So I had to make my own parm garlic crimson more home. 5 potato skins for $10.29 would expect a decent size, but these were small carrots. too much for the valve. these potato skins were more like $5.99 valve. I'm not going to lose hope for this place yet. they have a lot of change, so next time I'll try something else. Hopefully it'll be better. I was definitely disappointed about this trip."

"I just wanted to say that yesterday we ordered pizzas from this situation in shorewood. we ordered 2 pizzas and 1 papadilla. all were absolutely delicious, exact ordering and good quality! "After a long day at work without eating, I was feeling hangry on my way home. I stopped at a restaurant just a minute before closing time. Despite the staff getting ready to leave, the girl working there was incredibly friendly and offered me her own food. I politely declined, but everyone there was just as friendly and professional. It would be a great place to eat."

"our last order took almost 2 hours to deliver. the load and no one answers when we have ordered not to realize that it is 20 minutes before closing so that we called the last, no more than 2 hours later we have already ordered dominos and it is already delivered and opened and cloned and eaten, as papa john has pulled in the driveway with cold pizzas and said that he could not find the road that my house is well lit. if they simply go to order, they will get it and trust that the delivery for them may or may not be annoying."

"My husband and I were in town from Northern Kentucky and on our way back decided to stop here. We are so thankful we did because the food was not only hot and fresh but the wings and fries we both ordered we're perfectly sauced, dripping with juice and EXTREMELY flavorful! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant nice and clean. Also, the size portion we got (in picture plus a drink) was only $10! Thank you and we will be back when we're back down this way!!"

"There's nothing better then great service. Something a simple as, would you like a complimentary soft drink while you wait, goes far. They needed to make fresh biscuits and that simple act of hospitality says something about the front restaurant staff. Thanks Marquis. Corri, afternoon crew. Returned and Sha'Love was on tip of too. Either the management has stepped up there Frontline game with hiring good people or this Front Line crew is just an example of people taking pride in what they do the restaurants clean there's plenty of chicken and if I have to wait a few minutes for biscuits or spicy chicken I'll do it every time when I feel comfortable in the environment I'm in great job Popeyes afternoon in late night crew. There wasn't visible hours posted, inside or on the entrance. But I'm sure management will get that together."
