"It took us over an hour and half to get our food. People got sat after us and had eaten and left by the time our food arrived. It was our anniversary and not one person asked anything about it. We put on here that it was our anniversary. What was the point of that, If it doesn’t tell the restaurant staff that it is our anniversary? I will not be back. The server never even asked if it was our first time being here or anything. We new some things about the restaurant but it would of been nice to be asked if it was our first time coming in. For the amount of money you pay I would expect better service."

"Scott was our server today. I brought one of my Good Good Girlfriends for her first visit today and was so glad to see that Scott was our server. He has served my family on more than one of our previous visits and ALWAYS makes us want to return for another visit. The food is AMAZING so when you find a server that can overshadow the food you have an experience that can not be rivaled. Come in for a meal, make sure you grab a drink from the bar where Scott may be on duty because you won’t be disappointed."

"Apart from the steak we cooked on our table and on the kartoffel, everything else was brought to us cold. suppe, fries, mac and cheese and a side of ribs. the ribs were cold when they came out of the refrigerator and were warmed up. they tasted good, only cold."

"we celebrated a family members promotion as they did in the night before. the service was great on Friday night, kudos to mike. his area is in the toilets. Saturday night was a total dissatisfaction. I didn't find our server name. she had a great personality and apologized for the delay from the kitchen. the steak is amazing. I would suggest perhaps a look at the workflow in the kitchen to ensure that customers are satisfied with the flow of their meal times. such a great place, but, atmosphere needs a renovation. it does not seem appropriate to care and the toilets are poorly maintained."
