"our server, brand, was incredible! he was attentive and polite. we never waited for refills. his service was the best part of the entire experience. I haven't been to red praise for years and I'm sad to say that I won't be back. eating was not good at all. I ordered the ultimate firm and the scampi saw and tasted microshaft, the crab legs rust terrible and were so over boiled that I gave up on them, the lobster was over boiled and gummy, the broccoli was overcooked and mushy as well. the only thing that was decent were the kartoffels. my man and my children also didn't like to eat, but it would take a book to write it all as we are a family of 6. I was really hoping for a good meal with my family and went away hungry and disappointed after I had spent a poor and one on this terrible experience. as said, the best and only great part was the server that really did its best."
