"Geraci is usually one of our favorites for pizza. Last night was different. Our “pure” table where we sat was dirty. Food items on table and stand. Once this has been tied up, we were ready to enjoy dinner with friends. Our waitress had too many tables or people. She beat herself. She warned us that pizzas took 25-35 minutes, which was good as we wanted to enjoy our evening. Our salads came out immediately and were as usual nice. When our dinner came, it was cold. Pizza cold is bad enough, but cold shells don't work at all! The waitress apologised and said she would regain our order that she did, and it quickly came out. The food was hot, but the two white pizzas were red. None of us could eat the red, so we sent it back. They offered to remake her again, but we said no thanks. No manager came to apologize, no offer of free dessert that none of us would have taken. My husband barely ate his pizza and our friend barely ate his mussels/pasta because we don't eat. After talking to the owner/manager (I was looking for it) I told her how disappointed I was. Instead of accepting any accountability, she gave everything to the waitress. We have our money back, WHAT DO NOT REQUIRED! The last straw for us was when the owner accused YELLED at the waitress and embarrassed her before the customer. This is no way to treat your customers or your help. As much as we love their pizza, we find a new place to go!"
