"I ordered a meal off of here through door dash and had a special request hoping it would be seen in advance. Calling the restaurant to ensure the order was completed correctly they informed me that it had not been. Due to allergies I would have to order elsewhere from the remaining of my party but before I could finish speaking I was hung up on by the employee who answered the phone. At this point I was pissed because I wanted to say thank you and have a great night but to receive this kind of customer service is extremely upsetting. Especially when they told me I could file for a cancellation through door dash right before being hung up on. If this is how they are going to represent themselves I will go elsewhere. No customer should have to experience that type of treatment regardless of the situation."
