"Lorenzo Jr C, I've tried to be patient, but this time I need to speak up. My first two orders at this restaurant were great, but the last two have been a disaster thanks to you. If you're not interested in working night shifts, maybe it's time to consider a different job. You're not following my order instructions and are adding things I've specifically asked you to leave out or adjust. I won't be ordering again—you've really managed to drive away a loyal customer. The wings were extremely undercooked, and the salad was poorly prepared, with way too much feta cheese and tomatoes and not much else. It's really disappointing."
