"I tried calling in to order fish and chips. They couldn’t hear me by phone because the bar was too loud. So I had to do it online- the guy asked me to. I didn’t want to, but I didn’t seem to have a choice. So I wanted fish and chips plus a side salad. I overlooked that I had to make a selection for my fries. I thought that those were just substitutions to pick from if I wanted. There is even a “no side” option IF anybody doesn’t want their fries. But I didn’t select anything, as I just wanted it how it comes. I added a side salad (not substitution). I ended up getting 3 pieces of fish and a tiny side salad for $32. Sigh… I thought to call back and tell them, but they wouldn’t even be able to hear me anyway."
