"This restaurant is extremely noisy. Because of this, we opted to sit outside. The food, for the most part, was very good, especially the entrees. However, there was a mishap with the printer running out of paper, causing our ticket to never print. As a result, our dinner took over 2 hours to arrive. Our waiter explained the situation but never checked on us or apologized for the delay. Waiting for two hours was too long, especially given the company we had with us. The restaurant was kind enough to give us a gift card as compensation."
