"Poor service! Lined up to check in. A guy just cut in front without saying anything. When informed that I was waiting in line, he said that he was there to pick up takeout. The hostess witnessed the incident and did not help. When I checked in at my reservation time, the table is still not ready. There were multiple servers walking around and chatting among themselves. There is no reason that the table is not ready. So, my husband and I decided to leave."
