"Not impressed. The employee was on her phone the entire time we were in the shop. I understand being on your phone during slow hours, but serving ice cream only takes a couple of minutes. Put it down for a moment and I'll be on my way. Also, when she did pause her conversation to speak to us, she was very condescending. The ice cream wasn't worth the trouble, and I wish I had gone to Puffies or any of the other franchises down the street instead."
