"I had a really terrible experience here. First they charged a price that was 15% higher than what was on the board. When I asked the server, they said “I was also surprised because it’s different in my register.” The cup was over $8 for smaller than a kid size. Still can’t believe it. The worst but was that the price was incorrect on the board and they didn’t even honor that. Never going back."

"It has been a year since our last visit, which we thought was excellent. This time was just okay. The portions seemed smaller and the special, walleye, was really small for $38. Other orders were also just okay and different from each other. There was no bread service offered, which was disappointing. Hopefully, the next visit will be more like our previous experiences."

"on Monday night, not super busy. the service was good as the brot. I thought the chicken parm would be quite good, but honestly this was just eating ok. my brokkoli and kartoffels were room temperature, the tortellini of my dame were a little overcooked and mushy we tried the pesto gnocchi of my grandmother and they were delicious, but they said they tasted like lead water we really need this place"

"As soon as I walked in it was beautiful and smelled amazing! I was so excited! But it quickly left when my boyfriend and I were met by a very uninterested waitress. From the jump she kind of just overlooked our table and was very blunt and short worded with us which I didn’t appreciate. We order and no kidding our food comes out in like 5 minutes…..how could you have made fresh lasagna and chicken parmigiana in 5 minutes??? You can’t. It wasn’t fresh. My chicken was rubbery and not even hot the cheese wasn’t even melted on top of it. My boyfriends lasagna was hot because they had to throw it in the oven to melt the cheese. Then after we got our food the waitress really just didn’t even care about us anymore after that! We waited over 10 mins just to RE ASK her for our bill…..it’s kind of like she thought we weren’t going to tip well so her attitude towards us showed that all night. (We didn’t get appetizers or alcohol) Idk I didn’t like it at all on top of my food being pretty average for how expensive it was. Overall 6/10"

"We go to the Turtle Club a lot. We enjoy their Tues $1 buck shuck with friends frequently. Food and service is always good. But tonight they took it to a different level for V-day. A Pri-fix menu with four appetizers, four maid courses and three different desserts gave a wide enough choice. The appetizers were fabulous giving us a preview to the food for the rest of the night. Our skirt steak was very tender and flavorful, grilled veggies very tasty. Desert included a Nutella panini that was amazing. All for a very reasonable price! Great job Turtle Club."

"We had a weeknight dinner for five. As starters, polenta with spinach and tomatoes which was probably the best dish of the evening: creamy polenta and buttery spinach with just enough garlic; and Tuscan beans okay, but I've had better, not enough aroma; and roasted brussels sprouts very good, too, not overpowered by pancetta or too rich. Entrées: two snappers from the specials menu very good, dressed with capers; the veal osso bucco from the specials good, but I found the tomato sauce overpowering the taste of the veal, also, the vegetables I found a bit bland; chicken saltimbocca outstanding! creamy rich sauce and succulent chicken, with a fine blend of tastes; rigatone baked with four cheeses excellent: crusty cheese and tomato cream sauce. This was accompanied by a Shiraz (Barolo? from the specials list, which complemented the different foods well. The best thing of the evening was our server: she was attentive, funny, and helpful."

"Dinner was exceptional! The risotto melted in my mouth, was rich and decedenct, everything you would want in that type of dish. The shaved black truffles enhanced the aroma of the dish and elevated the flavor profile to the next level. My friend, a 72 Italian lady from Rome who is VERY particular about her pasta, was enchanted with the bucatini pomodoro. Commenting about the homemade freshness and perfect balance of tomatoes and heavy cream. We were too stuffed for any sweet treats, but next time I'll try to restrain myself with the earlier courses so I can conclude my meal properly! Bravo on a job well done, I will certainly be back with friends and clients in the future."

"Today, my fiance' and myself decided to go to Arosso, touch of Italy Italian restaurant. When we lived in the area, we could only eat here, because of Celiac's disease. It's probably been close to two years since we have been here, and were looking forward to this as a treat. Upon ordering I was a little taken back by the new extreme shrink-flated prices. But I also understand that they need to make a living too. So if the food is worth it, then it's not a problem. We ordered a GF ham and cheese stromboli and a GF Chicken Quesadilla with fries. The stromboli was 32.00 and the quesadilla was 16.00. When I say there was two bites of ham and 4 bites with cheese in little more than half of the stromboli, I'm being extremely generous. I wrote this review from an exact point of view and not my opinion on the situation. You be the judge!, I must warn you, the pictures are very graphic! Would you pay 50.00 for these two items? When we asked the person inside, she said we got exactly what we are supposed to get. Personally I would have been embarrassed to hand this food to my customers. Update: the picture of the Stromboli is of the middle section. The ends were all dough and then just some cheese for a couple of inches. I went to Weis market and bought the new GF wheat flour. I made a pretzel stromboli with ham and cheese. Fresh mozzarella cheese from the cheese area of the deli and fresh chopped ham. The ham was Kreshmar off the bone masterpiece ham. The total it cost me was just under 15.00 in materials for high end products. Which leads me to believe there was less than 10.00 invested into my dinner that night at Arosso. With a 33% x 3 rule for restaurants. That means at 33.00 for a stromboli, 11.00 for materials, 11.00 for labor and 11.00 for profit is the goal. You be the judge? If I could make it bigger, better, with higher end products. I know these must be very profitable. I will add photos of homemade strombolis, next time I make them, to show the difference between what we use to receive here and what we get now. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free dining"

"The place is an upscale restaurant. Food is absolutely delicious and the server was very nice and welcoming. It is recommended to make a reservation before you go. During the brunch the tables were not in use. The section below was open and almost full. The speed of serving was excellent. You don't have to wait so long. The portions of the food were filled. The view inside is breathtaking. The toilets are just upstairs. So you have to go up the stairs to get to the toilets."

"We came here to celebrate my friends birthday brunch style! The food was great, outdoor seating were cozy, although we still have to do with COVID, all social distancing and mask clothing were enforced : the groundless brunch option was great! How to choose between Mimosas, Peach bellini’s **** Mary’s. I wish they had more taste for the Bellinis, but that's okay, the peach was just good. Compared to other brunch/breakfast spots, pricing is definitely better here. You definitely get your money worth! I also like that they have set up a QR code that allows you to access the menu directly from your phone! No need to worry about touching a menu that would have been called by many hands!"

"We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure."

"There were seven of us in our group and as soon as we sat down, the server told us that we needed to leave after two and a half hours because it was Mother's Day. This was incredibly disappointing. There was no waiting line, and it was a special day that we wanted to enjoy longer at the restaurant. The policy of having to leave after two hours was rude and we were not happy about it. We will definitely consider this before making a reservation there in the future."

"If You're not interested in meat quality this is the place for you. As I do understand the price of meat has gone up. They still need to make a profit. The buffet salad bar was decent. The Server was super friendly and nice. The Desserts that were included was really good. If you are on a budget and like all you can eat this is definitely the place for you."
