"We came on Friday night where there 's live Jazz music starting at 7pm. First off, Northern Liberty is kind of an up and coming area with a lot of restaurants geared towards the young and hip crowd. This is a very nice restaurant although i can think of another one that is better (more on that later). Street parking, as Northern Liberty goes, is nightmare, so i would suggest you reserve a spot (there are a few commercial parking lots within 5-7 minute walking distance). This restaurant has a nice large dining area with reasonably high ceiling. Service is good and quick. Drinks are fairly priced and good tasting although they tend to go for the sweeter cocktails. So be very specific if you want your drinks on the dry side. They are very good at making sure your drinks are served quick and refilled. We had the fried chicken sandwich (tender, tasty), the gnocchi with shrimp (also very good, although the gnocchi style is non-traditional, but that 's fine by me). Roasted vegetables are finely done and tender. Their price/serving ratio is also very reasonable. Their bathroom is gender neutral, clean, but the booths are small and a little cramped. The jazz music is good but due to the large dining area (thus, a lot of diners), it 's a little noisy and it slightly drowns the live music. Hence my 4/5 rating. Very good, but not great. I 've had a better experience at another restaurant called 'South ', where the southern cuisine is slightly better, and there 's a dedicated (smaller) live Jazz performance area with more intimate setting, and the crowd who go there are more quiet so you can enjoy the music better. In other words, at South, the jazz music is part of the main attraction, while at Heritage the music is more of a background compliment (as such, it 's fair that you have to buy a ticket, at very reasonable price, to enjoy the live Jazz at South, while the music at Heritage is free). Hence i give South 5/5, a slight edge over Heritage. Don 't get me wrong though, Heritage is still quite good. You probably should try both and compare them yourselves."

"Incredibly overpriced, especially considering the service. Usually when I’m served a Caesar to share it comes with some kind of sharing utensils, and people often ask if I want fresh cracked black pepper. We waited quite a while until we saw the server again to ask for the pepper after the Caesar was dropped off. The pepper was ground as fine as could be, not nice and chunky and still, no utensils to share were offered, so we just scraped it off of the larger bowl onto our smaller bowls… No chopsticks available for the poki, and since they also sell a sliced tuna, one might expect them to serve both of those dishes with chopsticks. The Caesar lettuce was nice and crunchy, but there were no actual croutons, just powdered croutons, and no Freshly Grated Parmesan flakes, just powdered Parmesan, and some other powdered yellow cheese. The dressing didn’t have a garlic kick or any distinctive anchovy taste….If I’m going to buy food that cost over $100 for an entrée, I want fresh baked croutons and high-quality freshly shaved Parmesan, with an offering of more Parmesan, shaved directly onto my salad and fresh cracked black pepper ground on top table-sideI honestly don’t mind paying a Valet, receiving mediocre service, food, or accommodations, but when they’re trying to sell an iced shellfish tower over $200 and $140 steaks, I would really expect much more.We left after an appetizer and a salad. If this had been a special occasion, like an anniversary or birthday, or if I was eating at a place that I usually couldn’t afford, but was splurging on a date, I would’ve been furious… I literally just left, knowing that they just scam everybody who goes through the hotel and no one cares.Tailor made for:The kind of clientele who has just enough money to splurge, but not enough money to have the sense required to say no to a bad experience.. I estimate their guests are averaging six figures, but not much more.Postscript: I did not even order the lobster bisque I really wanted, because I’ve had incredible lobster bisque, and I was certain it would be foolish to order it…Parking: Valet is for the hotel AND the dinner guests, so good luck getting your car on time, and the server did not ask to take my valet ticket up to the valet, when I asked for for my check."

"Let me start off by saying, the view is the reason I decided to try this place out. We asked for a table outside on a beautiful Fall Sunday. Review I have given is based on my experience. It all started off when I was placing my order with the server who had minimal understanding of the menu. I asked for a lobster eggs benedict with fried egg instead of poached. When the food was brought out, it was still poached egg, and I asked the server to confirm if it fried egg and she said yes. But after she left, I was certain it wasn’t fried and it was poached so I took it off the plate and put it on a separate plate for my husband to eat it since he doesn’t mind poached. Meanwhile, I asked for the server to replace it with a fried egg. The manager comes over to confirm, and he reached over the table to get the poached eggs. I said, you can leave it here since it’s gonna go to waste anyways and my husband can just eat it. Plus, it was their mistake in the first place and I have to wait another 15 minutes to eat after everyone else is served. He was adamant about taking the poached eggs away and said he would charge us for it if we wanted to keep it. When the fried egg was brought out, no hollandaise sauce was served with it. Also, the beverage we had ordered before the food was out, was not brought out after the food was served and when I mentioned it while I was by the bar, they made it right away like they had forgotten. Overall, I think customer service was poor. When they messed up, they didn’t show any sympathy. Just leave the damn poached eggs for my husband to eat it, since you guys messed up the order, instead of charging us to keep it."

"There was nothing incredible about incredi burger. Our server, Erin, was really sweet, she was even really sweet to my children. But I think she may have been having an off day as she was extremely forgetful. We ordered an appetizer that never showed up. When we told her about it she said she would pay for it and go put it in. I don't know what happened, but we never got it. The lettuce that I got as a side to my burger was completely brown and wilty. It was legitimately unedible. A couple of us got some fried chicken with our burger, and it was so overcooked that the breading tasted like old burnt fry oil. Not to mention that the chicken was extremely dry as well. There were too many other small things to mention here, but it just seemed like a headache to have to ask for every little thing at every point during our meal. I truly do believe that tips stands for to ensure proper service, and Erin if you're reading this, I apologize that your tip was so small. But we don't feel like we got the proper service we deserved for the size of the bill that we were charged. And we feel like the size of the bill was not justified for how terrible the quality of food was. I am sure everybody working at that restaurant has the best intentions, but we won't be back. This is the second time we've eaten there, and both times it has been utterly disappointing. P.S. the women's bathroom was disgusting!"
