"We had a reservation for two. I told the host our name, holding up two fingers to tell him how many of us there were of course the two of us were standing there anyway. He asked for my name I told him again then asks how many. I told him again. I think I had to give my name three times. Then he asks if we have a reservation two more times...all very weird and said in a very rude, insolent manner. After we were finally seated reluctantly a long time passed before a server showed up. We decided to leave. We won't be back"

"First time at Oka and we had lunch on a Saturday a little after noonish. My wife ordered sparkling water and I ordered a lychee martini that was on the menu. Waiter came back and said they were out of sparkling water and they could not make a mixed drink since the manager had not arrived to work yet. Strange concept to me and not a happy start for our dining experience. Overall, food was really good and my wife and I will be back for sure."

"Food was good and portions on the big rolls were quite large. Ambiance and service were just OK. It was a bit loud because there was a table of rowdy teenagers a few tables away that had no manners and were rough housing and making a lot of noise. No parents around to keep any of them in line. Since we went for a quiet date night the atmosphere wasn’t ideal."

"This is not the Japanese food I am use to. Not a lot of flavor and portions are a lot smaller than any other Japanese restaurant Ive ever ordered from. I will not be ordering from here again."
