"Update: they got more help! I'm very happy for them and myself. The tip jar was overflowing. The front felt cheery and roomy.Recently moved here. So happy to have Kim Toa close by, it's so good! But I'm concerned about the elderly owners, it's so busy there and they work very hard, but the front end is short staffed, disorganized and there are delays. I don't speak Chinese, but I'm hoping they can get more help."
