"I only visited sandwich theory once, but the sandwich I had was excellent. I ordered the grilled chicken Panini. Waiting for my food wasn't long, probably 10 minutes. The chicken was juicy without being undercooked, and the mozzarella was thinking like the red pepper slices. The pesto was very good, not too salty and also not bladdered. The portion size was generous. I had a Joe Tea for my drink. Love her iced tea! The restaurant staff was nice, no complaints. The only thing against this place is the price of the sandwich. It was $9 at the time of this review, which a bit exaggerated for what it was, but I know it contains the Montclair Mark-up . I would definitely eat here again."
