"It was very frustrating to be waiting in the restaurant and my dinner guests were waiting in the lounge and to never be connected. When I checked in the reservation was removed. When my guests arrived, they were told there were no reservations and waited for me in the bar. I waited in the restaurant. There were a total of 10 people in the restaurant while I sat there for nearly two hours. My guests were fearful that something had happened to me and actually called the hospital and 9-1-1 as they knew I would not stand them up. They had been assured that there were no reservations and the bartender never checked in with the servers to see if someone was waiting."
