"The food is usually good but the last couple times I've been there, the steak fingers were undercooked and the blizzards aren't thick. The service is very slow. Our order has been wrong each time. The manager says it's not her fault or beyond her control."

"I don't remember the name of the Lord I spoke to on the phone, but he was great! I called, because at Grubhub we couldn't order what we wanted because it wasn't on their app. I spoke to the gentleman at the store and asked if we were to submit a generic order if they could take note of this and do what we wanted. He told us to put it in the special instructions as they read everything that comes in. He took the name of the future order and we went to the order. The order was 100% correct and was great! I appreciate the great customer service at this point! Thank you very much!"
