"Went to this location yesterday evening. The line was long, only 2 employees at one point and one was making mostly online orders. The customers were patient, but the employees were visibly stressed, which is understandable. My ice cream pretty much had the piece of cake plopped on the top, barely mixed in, but I promise that 's not what I came here to complain about. The 'love it ' sized bowls ran out so one of the employees went to get more. She dropped several of them on the floor, picked them up, PUT THEM IN THE STACK TO USE, and continued on making orders. YUCK! That is absolutely disgusting, unsanitary. Those bowls should have been THROWN AWAY and she should have washed her hands after picking them up from the floor. I hope management has a talk with current and new employees in the future about cleanliness. That is not ok. This place was chaotic, the way the employees were working was very inefficient. The line would have gone a lot quicker if one of the employees was the designated one to check out all the customers, while the other 2 make the orders. Again, thinking about cleanliness, this is also better. The employees are handling money, credit cards, etc and then going to make orders. This is a time when we all need to be more careful about the spreading of germs."
