"This is one of the older dining establishments in the East Memphsis area. It turned out to be a fabulous place to have a 50 plus rehearsal dinner. The staff managed the food delivery with ease keeping the dinner entrees piping hot. The family style vegetables were delectable and the desserts were excellent. A great moment of fine dining."

"I called around 1400 to check on my reservations and they could not locate this reservation. Not even by the confirmation number. Luckily, they were not booked and I was able to make new reservations. They also accommodated my large party which was nice. Service was very slow. It would take 30 minutes to receive our drinks from the bar. We would order a couple at a time. They would bring one and not the other. Good service was fast and good. Recommend with a warning."

"Last night we had the Shrimp and Grits and the Catfish Etouffee, caramel cake and German chocolate cake for dessert. All were very delicious, especially the pickled crunchiness of the peppers in the Shrimp and Grits! The food tasted so authentic to what we have eaten many times in New Orleans! We also had a very attentive server. We will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work"

The history buff in me loved the location of the beautiful historic home (they did an amazing job maintaining the original integrity of the house), while the gorgeous modern design of the lounge and the fantastic food and drink selection made Mollie Fontaine's anything but stuffy. I, personally, recommend the mac n' cheese and the cheese plate. Fantastic and can't wait to come back!"
