"we just recently discovered jimmy johns and loved the last couple visits. the personal is friendly. sandwiches are good. but tonight we have dinner and the bread is so hard that we can hardly eat it. "I was just in this location like I normally am. Nothing special, just wanted to grab a bite because I worked through lunch. After I pad for my sandwich the manager was training a new employee. I completely understand it takes a while to get people up to speed. I even understand letting them practice while you have live customers. I have issue when I come to a place solely for their quick service and it take more than 5 to 10 minutes to get the sub when I?ve walked in before and gotten it in literally under 2 minutes. Instead of complaining and whining I just left without my food, left without saying a word. I just wanted to eat. I?m not really angry about the time. It?s that the manager could?ve mentioned in the beginning that ?hey, I?m training a new employee, it may take longer than usual, are you ok with that?? in which case I would?ve told him time is of the essence as I have a meeting in 10 minutes and I?d appreciate it if he made it quickly and let her practice on the customers who had more time. But no. It would be nice if he or the new employee apologized for the time. But they kept ignoring me and talking like the customer didn?t pay for a good and expect it in a timely manner in accordance to the infamous motto of the establishment. My discontent really comes from service industry employees demanded more wages but not on a consistent basis acknowledging/ respecting good/regular patrons; but turning around and kissing the butt of people who make scenes and scream at you. It was only lost but I?m tired of this happening. I guarantee that myself and all 150 ppl at my firm who order regularly from there will not be doing business there again. All he had to do was treat me decently. I?m sure they?ll be fine though, they don?t need our business. And that?s the attitude that keeps members of the service industry in lower wages. I?m not trying to be a dick, not trying to get anything free. I just wish for once there would be someone in a restaurant that could s"

"The staff was very rude. I'm really surprised. I asked about oil and vinegar on my sub and the guy on the registered snapped with me? I can't add this to your sub? and simply moved on with my order to ask no other questions. I still bought my sub and asked the girl that made my sub for oil and vinegar packages or on the side and even more rude, then the first guy gave me the dirty look and snapped? Can't you get that on the side and go away? I asked if she was joking, I was so shocked. Quite sure this is a sub-shop where you can add/ withdraw any toppings. I get the same sub every time I'm here and there? I would have paid extra or changed my order. This extent of injustice is unacceptable to ask a SIMPLE question. I've been in the industry for a long time and I understand that times stressful customers can be rude. But that wasn't known."

"Amazing service!!! I came here during my lunch hour and they were very busy to say the least, but that did not interfere with the friendly, well handled service they gave me. All of the employees were working so hard but did not allow the stress and pressure I’m sure they were feeling show. When the guy gave me my sandwich, who I learned is the manager Rogilo, he was so apologetic for the 7 minutes I had to wait all while he’s nonstop hustling I should be the one feeling apologetic! Such a great experience and I definitely will be coming back!!"

"I have always preferred Jimmy John's over like Subway or anything really, but the sub I got last night was not as good as it's been in the past. The lettuce wasn't that fresh kinda watery and for some reason the onions where almost rubbery in texture. I'll continue to order from you, but I'll just have to state it wasn't 100%. "My past seven experiences in a row have been horrible. Everything to no delivery drivers available so they just make you wait an hour and a half with no phone call. Then cancelled orders not being taken off my card!!! Now, the most recent I went inside the store after so many failed delivery attempts and they DON'T accept Apple Pay despite it being advertised on their website, google site, and even on the terminal in the store. This place completely fails at EVERYTHING they do. Buyer beware of this location. It's not even worth the time."

"Normally JJ?s is a safe quick spot for a good sub. This is not the case at this location. The guy taking our order needed about five minutes before he could start taking our order (we were the only ones in drive through) Once we got to the window, he took our card with his gloves on, and let us know it would be just a minute for our sandwiches. He then walked up front (thought he was going to make our food.. NOT).. I worked in the food service industry many years.. very gross cross contamination.. after about 10 minutes I thought ? maybe they?re short staffed, let?s be patient? however, after seeing three employees walk from the front to the back multiple times, seemingly farting around, we knocked on the window and asked for a refund. The girl was extremely confused and just walked away. I have NEVER waited 15+ minutes for a JJ?s sub.. especially when no other customers were inside or in the drive through. I am still waiting for my refund as I spent nearly $20 for 2 subs I never received. Gross cross contamination, lazy employees strolling around the store and absolutely no urgency to rectify the situation. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"My boyfriend went to get me a tuna sandwich after I had been studying for 10 hours. When he brought it home, I discovered it was actually a turkey sandwich. Being a pescatarian for 10 years (I eat fish but not other meats), I asked my boyfriend to return it. However, the cashier insisted that he had ordered the turkey sandwich. My friend does not eat meat, so it was unlikely that he would have ordered turkey. The staff remade the sandwich for me, but when I opened it at home, the bread was soggy and the salad was everywhere. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had.
