"I bought a 30-piece sandwichbox for my personal. When I arrived to pick up my order of $87, I asked the worker at the desk whether the contingencies were on the side. he informed me that he was the load owner, and they do not do that in his load. I asked if they were allowed to adapt their sandwich, and his answer was yes. He said: we are not primos, and that he could give me only a few hot paprika, mayo and sneeze on the side (this is all I wanted to do first.) I wanted to ask why he even mentioned primos. I told him next time, I'm going to primos. I will not be back for sarcasm and bland sandwich 's."

"The food here is as expected if you can ever find it open. It’s a family joke now that only 1/10 times we stop on our way through town will it actually be open during normal business hours. Signs on the door claim closed due to “maintenance”, “down registers” or my favorite “out of bread”. Worst managed franchise, I’m surprised it stays in business. It’s sad too because we’d love to give them our money."

"I placed my order at 2:46 PM and tipped the driver in advance. Now, it's 3:30 PM—44 minutes later—and I still don't have my Jimmy John's. This location is definitely not as fast as any other places I've ordered from; it's the slowest I've experienced. I’m only 0.5 miles away, and I would have walked, but it's too cold outside. Initially, I gave a one-star review, but I've changed it to three stars after giving them another chance. Eric delivered my order in just five minutes. Thanks, Eric!"

"Placed a mobile order on the app, expected delays due to weather, but when checking the app it showed that my order was already delivered. She called the store and they said the driver was out for the delivery, but she would have my number raised and check as soon as he came back to the store that I got my order. Not even 5 minutes after the call driver delivered my food. That alone was good enough for me BUT they DID in fact call my back as soon as the driver in the store to make sure that I had received my order! This is excellent customer service!! Also the sandwiches were great, order was right, and there was a ton of meat on the sandwiches! Jimmy Johns definitely has my future business!"

"my go-to sandwich stop in the area! service is super quick and the staff is so nice. their roast beef sandwich with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on french bread #2 Big John) is so good and fresh. their tuna sandwich with mayo, cucumber, and tomato on french bread #3 Totally Tom) is another great one. they also have a variety of chips and Coke products. there’s indoor seating but no outdoor seating. i’ve also worked with them for catering orders and had a good experience every time!"

"Retail- this store is like adult candy land. I want everything in there. Who knew I needed glassware so badly?? Catering- stunningly beautiful and delicious. Every. Dang. Time. "JJ probably makes the best sandwiches/subs around. The bread is definitely the best. This location is good, but can be a challenge to spot if you're driving to it. It is after the Gaston Vet on the right if heading West. Getting out of the location, especially if you need to turn left (East) back towards Charlotte can be a challenge. This locations hours might be shortened. Be sure to check with them beyond the hours potentially listed with Google. We were unaware of that with one of our recent visits. I believe, at the time, they closed at 6pm). We arrived 15 minutes prior. You could tell the staff were in hopes of shutting down for the day when we came in. We were served for take out, but could tell they were exhausted. We were grateful to get what we could. They were out of one ingredient at the end of the day for one of the sandwiches we were hoping to order (again shortened hours). Thank you for serving us. It was extremely quick enjoyed the sandwich!"

The second time I made the same request, though this time I asked the attendant handing me my food if the extra o v were in the bag. He replied, Oh, sorry, handed me one small cup (with perhaps a tablespoon 's worth), and proceeded to slide the window closed as I was speaking to him. Today, while eating in the dining area, a quick glance at the large menu shows that under the Freebies heading, Oil Vinegar are clearly listed. "I purchased some gift cards and then ordered a sub. I had the Italian, and it was delicious. The bread was soft and easy to eat. The meats and cheese were layered well inside the bread, and they followed my requests to leave off the onions and go light on the dressing. All ingredients were very fresh and very good quality. It had been a while since I had eaten a Jimmy John's sandwich, but this one reminded me of how much I enjoy their subs. The employees were very friendly and efficient. I will go back again soon!"
