"First time at Paul's. I have a brisket taco, ribs and corn maquechoux (1st time try this kind of corn, I am not from LA). The Brisket taco was delicious! A generous part of the delicate, slender brisket, cheese and cubed onions on a very buttery tortilla. The ribs were tender and not too fat. The corn was pretty good, although it was made with canned maize. No deal breaker in any case, but it was still really good. I definitely come to Pauls to try the other BBQ delicacies."
