"The food at this restaurant is decent, with reasonably priced and relatively healthy options. I have dined here a few times and have been content with my meals. However, the lack of organization and poor customer service make it not worth returning. On one occasion, I tried to use a BOGO offer through their app, but encountered issues with payment and my order was not processed. When I tried to explain the situation to the cashier upon arrival, he was unhelpful and unwilling to honor the discount. Despite showing evidence of the offer, he refused to make any adjustments. During a second visit, I attempted to take advantage of their happy hour special, only to be told that the discount did not apply to the item I ordered, despite it being listed as a starter on the menu. The response I received from the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. While I am willing to pay full price for food, the consistently disappointing customer service at this establishment is unacceptable."
