"My wife and I ordered 2 meals and some fries and cheese. I spent 8 years working for a KFC franchise and I'm a Best Of The Best award winner. If KFC chicken is done correctly, it's amazing, but the chicken we got from you this evening is right there at the top of fried chicken I've had. Hot,fresh,juicy. My wife even said it tasted great. NICE JOB! Next time I'm in KC,I'll be ordering more."

"Perhaps a better choice for lunch rather than dinner. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, they had run out of most of their appetizers and the atmosphere was lacking. The food wasn't cold but it also wasn't particularly warm, with no explanation why. The dishes we received were just mediocre. I suggest trying the Dovetail (thinly sliced tenderloin) as it seems to be their specialty (although we didn't try it ourselves)."

"traditional pub food. we had the giant cheeseburger (they mean giant), the zartoin (a favorit), the philly cheese steak (delict), kesefries (whisty thick frits with nacho cheese with light spices), poppers (great), mozz sticks (they are the standard tea), chili-dog (hut) and bretzel (one). also they deliver. if you suffer from pizza, the definitiw is the one to go away."

"The fried basa is absolutely fabulous.  The cornbread batter is seasoned well and is nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside.  It's not greasy at all and I loved it. Even friends that don't like fish like this.  The service is generally good.  The hush puppies consistently look overcooked, but they're usually tasty.  They have chicken strips for the kids if they don't like fish, but only in a pinch, because they taste like they are out of a bag.  They have specials just about every day, and the basa is always on special.Make sure to call in orders larger that 4 or 5 meals.  It will be faster and make your overall experience more enjoyable.  We generally get it to go because the atmosphere is basically like Long John Silvers.  Regardless, give the food a try.  I think you'll like it!"
