"Being told what I was given was a “Cappuccino” was insulting- I have lived in Italy and know what one looks and tastes like. What I got was a coffee with milk in it — slightly different! On returning it I was told that it was, indeed what the staff consider to be a cappuccino. No attempt was made to make another one, or return my money.
