"Since Boardroom has come under new management the quality of service has really gone downhill. A single server was responsible for the entire restaurant on a Friday night. This was purely poor management and no fault of her own. It was 20 minutes before our first drink order was taken and close to an hour and a half before our food order was taken. In fact we had to flag down our over tasked server to put an order in. The steak dish I ordered medium rare was delivered well done and was clearly left under a heat lamp for an extended period. Truly disappointed in the experience compared to our previous experiences at boardroom."
