"We tried the Vegans Rejoice Burger and Meatless Tacos at Gillerson's Grubbery. The burger comes with an apple cranberry jam on an impossible burger patty, served on a vegan bun. The tacos were made with impossible burger meat, corn tortillas, pickled red onions, cilantro, and hot sauce. We also ordered a side of pickled beets. The staff at Gillerson's Grubbery were friendly and easy to talk to. The bar employees were also engaging. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with a constantly changing beer list and excellent music. We would give them 5 stars, but the app only allows reviews for vegan restaurants.
